USB not recognised.

My gpsmap66s seems to have stopped communicating with my Windows pc vi usb. It shows as charging OK ... but does 't appear in basecamp or as a device on my windows PC explorer. I have tried connecting to a different windows pc and also doesn't appear in explorer on that one either. Any idea? Mark
