If you are using TalkTalk as your internet service provider,  to take part in our Webinar session and so that you can use our TeamViewer programme you will need to temporarily turn off your Spam protection settings as follow: 


Log into your TalkTalk account - selecting My Service - Select View Homesafesetting - click on Spam protection and select - Off 


Once the Webinar session is finished please turn your Spam Protection Setting back on.
