We are aware of an ongoing issue when trying to activate a Birdseye Voucher, this seems to occur on the Terms and Conditions Page, please see below for the guidance
we have received from Garmin.
If this short term fix does not work then please call Garmin who will advise you further -
|When customers register voucher on Garmin's website at the T&C's screen when you click to accept T&C's a server error message appears,|
|When you then go into Basecamp and select new Birdseye NO credit is shown,|
|If you now select where's my credit and enter your Garmin account email address you can activate your credit from here, this seems to be working.|
|We have been advised that the server error message should be fixed soon and then things will be back to normal.|
