I have had a look at a new Active 20 this morning and as we suspected Satmap have again changed the internal storage folders on their units. The tracks and routes folders used to come as standard on the unit but now you have to create them.
This is simple to do. On your Satmap Active 20:
1 Go to the Main Menu screen
2 Select Folders
3 Select Internal Storage
4 Select Create New Folder and then type in 'Routes'
5 Press 'Done'
You should now have a folder to put your routes in.
To save your track as a route, you should now be able to follow the instructions on the on line resource.
