Your GPS device should have a clear view of the sky to obtain a Satellite lock.

If your device has a clear view of the sky and still not locking onto satellites please try the following:

1. Goto your main menu by pressing your menu button twice
 2. Select Setup - Select System

3. Select Satellite - Select Satellite System

4. Select GPS only and re-check for satellite signal 

5 If your device now locks onto Satellites go back to Setup - System - Satellite - Satellite system and change to Multi-GNSS and re-check for satellite signal, if all now okay leave your device set to Multi-GNSS
