How do I activate my Zoleo Device?
The simple 3 x step process to activate your device is covered via this link -https://www.zoleo.com/en-gb/how-to-activate 


    • Choose your country (it must match the billing address of your credit card) and this will determine what rate plans and currency are available to you.

    • Create your account. Before you start, you’ll need to have the following on hand:


        • Your ZOLEO device
        • Credit card
        • Two (2) emergency (SOS) contacts and one (1) check-in contact (name, phone number and email)
    • Input your ZOLEO device information, then pick an email address for ZOLEO device and select the home country for your ZOLEO SMS number.

    • Pick your preferred ZOLEO messaging plan, then input your SOS & Check-In contact details.

    • Input your credit card details and your ZOLEO will be ready to use in just minutes. We’ll send you an email when your device is activated on the Iridium satellite network.

    • Using the ZOLEO app, connect to your ZOLEO device via Bluetooth. When doing so, if you don’t have Wi-Fi or mobile network access, ensure the device has an unobstructed line-of-sight to the sky to connect via satellite.

    • Go outside and send a test message (ensuring the device logo is facing up and has an unobstructed view of the sky)
