Some customers may have experienced issues when first messaging someone that hasn’t downloaded the Bullitt Satellite Messenger App.
These usually go as an SMS to their phone, however, some cellular operators have temporarily blocked the initial SMS message, and we are working with them to overcome this problem.
In the meantime, if you are planning on going off-grid and want to stay in touch with someone while you are there, just ask them to download the app. It’s free and doesn’t require them to leave their credit card details or to activate any plan.
