Windows PC – issues with Elevation not being displayed from Tracks

This issue can sometime be down to a bug found in a Basecamp software folder named CardProductCache, deleting the files from this folder can sometimes cure the issue although not guaranteed.

Delete Garmin Basecamp Card Product Cache

Close Basecamp software down and disconnect any GPS devices connected to the computer.
Goto File Explorer
Select This PC
Select Windows C
Select Users
Select User (Or if the name you login to PC is something different e.g. shared computer select this)
From the View Menu along the top of your screen select Show Hidden Files
Select App Data
Select Local
Select Folder Named Garmin (There are other Garmin folders e.g. Garmin Corp etc only select the one that says Garmin)
Scroll down the page and select Basecamp
Select CardProductCache
Delete all of the files from CardProductCache folder

Now open up Basecamp software
Re-connect your GPS device to the computer and wait until all of your maps reload in Basecamp software.
Re-try your Routes
