Helpful LiveTrack Tips

  • Before starting LiveTrack, ensure you have a good GPS signal on your Garmin handheld. Wait a few moments after acquiring a signal before you start your activity. This allows the LiveTrack map to display your location at the beginning of the activity.

  • Loss of cellular signal may result in the LiveTrack map to not display your current location. LiveTrack will display your last know location and should pick back up once your phone has found a signal again.

  • If you have more than one Garmin product paired with the Garmin Connect app, make sure you select the right one under Devices in the LiveTrack settings before you start your activity.

1 This can be viewed by selecting GRAPHS at the bottom of the LiveTrack map. Some data requires the user to have a sensor(s). If the graphs do not populate, the data was either not captured or the sensor(s) were not connected.
